This is GREAT - a chef named Keith Guerke has been making the morning show rounds doing cooking segments on how to use leftovers.  Just one thing - Guerke can't cook, he didn't really author a cookbook, and his recipes include things like 'mashed potatoes in an ice cream cone' and 'throw ham, green beans, and gravy in a blender.  

Guerke is actually a comedian who managed to troll five different midwest morning shows.  The footage is GOLD:
