(State College, PA) -- The Penn State Nittany Lions’ roar will be softer this football season. The university’s Sandy Barbour confirmed Thursday there will be no fans in the stands for Penn State sports this fall. In the letter, Barbour referenced the Wolf administration’s current virus-mitigation guidance which limits large group gatherings to 250 people for outside events and 25 people for inside events.
