(University Park, PA) -- Big Ten football is officially returning to start playing in October. Big Ten Council of Presidents and Chancellors voted unanimously for the season to start during the weekend of October 23rd and 24th and each team will play an eight game season. Student-athletes, coaches, trainers and other staff will have to get tested for COVID-19 every day among other protocols.
