>Annual Free School Supplies, Back to School Event Is This Weekend
(Lancaster, PA) -- An annual back-to-school event hosted by state Representative Mike Sturla is set for this weekend. It's open to K through 8th grade students who live within the Lancaster School District. Students can get free backpacks, school uniforms, shoes and other supplies needed for the upcoming school year. Children will also have the opportunity to receive a free haircut and enjoy music, food, games, and community activities. The event gets underway Sunday at noon at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster. Registration is required.
