PA state lawmaker defends absences

A Pennsylvania lawmaker is taking some heat for allegedly missing every session day since July.  Lackawanna County Representative Kevin Haggerty's absence yesterday was marked unexcused after other representatives pointed out it's his 21st in a row. Haggerty blames the absences on his divorce, saying he has to stay near his two young children.
