If you are looking for an unusual property to buy, look to Nevada.
Earlier this week it was a former brothel, now a former nudist ranch is up for sale outside of Las Vegas.
The former Sun Rancho is in Sandy Valley on the California-Nevada border. It was a nudist ranch for about a dozen years, up until 2007. The two-and-a-quarter-acre property has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms and the asking price is 475-thousand-dollars.
The much larger Love Ranch in Crystal, a former brothel owned by the late Dennis Hof, is on sale for one-point-two-million-dollars and includes 75 acres and a limo. Hof died there in 2018, but it’s best known for Lamar Odom overdosing there in 2015.
