Robin Roberts is standing by Amber Laign as she battles breast cancer. She revealed that her partner’s treatment has currently been suspended.
“[Amber’s] had some complications with the chemotherapy,” the “Good Morning America” host explained. “They’re working it out. We’re gonna figure it out. The prognosis is still very good.”\
Robin – who’s been through her own cancer battle – has been able to share with Amber from her experience. And while she initially struggled to figure things out herself, she said, “I can handle this. I have the strength. I've been through this. I can help Amber. She's helping me, so I turned ‘Why me?’ into ‘Why not me?’”
