The Doors "Riders On The Storm" is one of the earliest rock songs I can remember. So distinctive and haunting, it stuck with me even as a child who almost never listened to rock music. This video is awesome, and the kind of thing we should have more of - Ray Manzarek, sitting at a Fender Rhodes, goes in-depth telling the story of how the song came to be, from the band messing around with an old Western tune in the studio, and how Jim Morrison worked out the lyrics. Great video.
