>>Governor Calling For Liquor License Fees Waivers

(Harrisburg, PA) -- In an effort to help bars and restaurants struggling amid the pandemic, Governor Tom Wolf is proposing to the Liquor Control Board to waive liquor licensing fees. Wolf says waiving these fees for restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels through 2021 would result in about $20-millions in relief for over 15-thousand businesses. If the board adopts his proposal, it could go into effect at the start of next year.
