School Board Resigns After They're Caught On ZOOM Making Fun of Parents

An entire school board at an elementary school in northern California resigned after they were caught making fun of parents for complaining about the pandemic. It happened during a virtual board meeting that they didn't realize was open to the public. One of them said parents just wanted their "babysitters" back, meaning the teachers. And I get it, we can be a pain in the ass. Just don't say it where there might be a hot mic nearby. Or an entire school district watching on Zoom.

By the way, that is a cardinal rule of Broadcasting - never say anything in the studio you wouldn't want to go over the air. I have no idea how I haven't ever been busted because I have consistently broken that rule throughout my career. Great, now I've jinxed myself....
