Not So News: Phony Mick Jagger Facing Real Charges

Have you ever been told you look like a celebrity? This guy definitely has, and he really decided to roll with it.

59-year-old Eugene Bingham was out drinking in Naples, Florida on Monday, and tried to interrupt a live show by climbing on stage and claiming he was MICK JAGGER.

It was at a restaurant in Naples called Yabba's. So, not really the level of venue you'd associate with The Rolling Stones.  Here's a photo of the stage.

Someone tracked down a mugshot from a previous arrest last year though. And he does kind of look like him. A Florida version anyway, if he also had a mustache. At 59, he's almost two decades younger than Mick.  But he's an old 59.

He was also yelling at people in the restaurant, so they eventually kicked him out.

Cops found him in a nearby park where he charged one of them, but fell over. The police report says he was in a drunk and "unstable state."

He also threatened one of the cops. Then he finished off the night by puking in the back of their cop car.

He's facing charges for disorderly intoxication, which is a misdemeanor. But also battery on an officer, which is a felony.
