A Major Winter Storm is heading our way so a WINTER STORM WARNING is in effect for Sunday.
Snow will move in before daybreak on Sunday and pick up in intensity throughout the day.
This will be a high impact event with snowfall rates of 2 inches per hour, and that means 12"-16" for much of the region.
The snow will wrap up late Sunday night but blowing and drifting snow will remain a big travel issue on Monday.
