Hope this prankster wasn't actually hungry because no one wants to take Pennywise the clown's money at the drive thru. This guy decided to have some fun at the expense of drive thru workers on Halloween and pull up to the drive thru dressed as Pennywise. Some got a good laugh while some were truly terrified.
