This week's Thursday Fursday feature is Big Red.
He's a very handsome four-year-old male mix breed found as a stray and brought to the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area. He is a big boy with a big heart. He has become a Shelter Skip Day VIP, and his Skip Day Buddies come back with glowing remarks about this guy.
(Shelter Skip Day is when members of the public take a doggo out for the day - they can take them for a walk in the park, out for ice cream, etc. Great enrichment for the doggos.)
He loves everything - from playing fetch, swimming, watching geese, and simply observing the world go by. He loves to cuddle (and will sit on your lap if you let him). His favorite toy is a rope toy. He loves his treats and enjoys a pup cup! When you take him out, he will bask in the attention from strangers. He is a gentle giant looking for his forever family.
