New Jersey Woman Allegedly Tries to Bite Trooper in PA

A New Jersey woman, Christina Chapman, is facing charges in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, after allegedly attempting to bite a state trooper. The incident occurred last Wednesday (October 8) at the Chambersburg Mall.
