Thereâs a new enemy thatâs going to harm you, and you might be sleeping with it every night. Sleeping with even one dim light, weâre talking a night light, a TV with the sound off, or the bathroom light on, can be bad for your heath. A study out of Northwestern University found that nightlight sleepers run a higher risk of higher blood sugar levels and elevated heart rate. Youâve been warned.
