Montana resident Matthew Wurnig downloaded Tinder during the pandemic lockdowns to entertain himself, but the 25-year-old decided to take his Romeo show on the road. Wurnig quit his job and traveled to all 50 states to have a first date with a woman from each one.
He’s documented his dates on his TikTok, and told Newsweek, “Before the pandemic, I had only ever been on five dates. Now, I have been on 100 and I still don’t understand women.” He added that he treats all his dates, saying “I was raised to believe that the man should pay for the first date.”
